The Formation Session of the Provincial Superiors Begins at Casa Generalizia in Rome

The Formation Session of the Provincial Superiors officially began today, 22 September 2025, at the Casa Generalizia in Rome. The gathering opened with a message from the Superior General, Bro. Dionigi Taffarello, who emphasized the importance of leadership rooted in service.

The 16 Provincial Superiors, along with the Provincial of the Vice Province of Madagascar participating online, shared brief reflections on their experiences and the challenges in their mission. The afternoon sessions, animated by the Superior General, focused on themes of prophetic life in the Congregation and leadership at the service of the mission.

The opening celebration also included moments of thanksgiving and recognition, as well as practical orientations for the stay in Rome. The coming days will explore various aspects of governance, community life, and the mission of the Congregation.

This session for Provincial Superiors runs until 26 September 2025, after which the Formation Session for Provincial Bursars will begin.
